Comment: I am proud owner the Kenwood KA 9100, the last pic on the amp page. Casper restored this 9100 and it looks and sounds AWESOME. Go to "Photos of Our Work" and click on "our porfolio", then Chris 9100 and judge for yourself. He completed all the work in 4.5 hrs. He is like an encyclopedia, he knows all kinds of audio gear. Casper does wonderful work but as important, he treat his clients like a good friend. He will take the time to listen and gives objective advice. I am happy we have Casper for all our audio needs.

Comment: C.A.E. repaired my projection TV. It was repaired fast, and works like it was brand new, for a 10 year old set. I would recommend them for any electronic repair! Fast Service and Reasonable rates. Can't beat it. Thanks again.

Comment: I can not say enough about the quality of work you guys do, and the way you even detailed each and every one of my pieces at no charge. They all look brand new again, seriously. The fact that you stock EVERYTHING in parts for a full rebuild and it always gets done in 4 days is completely unheard of these days, even when you guys were so busy. Its been just over a year since I started coming to you, and all of my stereo equipment is still working perfectly. Thanks again guys! -David

Comment: Gentlemen, thank you again for scheduling me in on a weekend. I'll admit I was a bit nervous bringing my Levinson amp to someone on just a referral, however once I met with you and talked I knew I was in good hands. My ML-23 power amp is working great again, and I was pretty impressed you had the actual exact outputs it needed. I am really pleased with your work Casper, and Cody was a great host. By the way, the coffee was great! Thank you for your fast service on a last moments notice.

Comment: Everything is working fine again, both the main system and the one in the family room. Thank you for delivering the preamp and amplifier last night. I'll be seeing you mid week for the other components I need work done on.

Comment: You guys are awesome! I didn't expect my stereo to be ready in 3 days, and its perfect! Deltronics had it for over 6 weeks and said it couldn't be fixed and wanted to charge me over 275 bucks. You guys completely rebuilt the blown channel, matched it to the other channel with original parts and even detailed it inside and out. It looks and works like new again! It was really cool looking at all the pictures you provided of it being worked on too! 5 stars for sure! Rock on!!

Comment: Forgot to comment a few months ago when I picked up my stereo. It's still working great with no problems, even after a really LOUD New Years party that lasted 7 hours. My room mate and I had all 6 speakers going at the same time, it never once skipped a beat. I love this classic 9090!

Comment: Outstanding work on my Leak TL12 amps. The chassis that was bent from shipping damage looks completely original and untouched!! Not even the slightest hint of overspray. Please let me know the color code of the paint you used to refinish the transformers and the chassis. I can't find the paper you wrote it on. I also have a third TL12 that needs work. These sound GREAT and look like new again. I've heard quite a few of these, but not as good as these you did. I'm very grateful, thanks so much.

Comment: Thank you to all whom took the time to share their thoughts and comments. We always do our best to meet your needs, and I'm glad we are. JOSHUA: the color code for the paint I blended for your chassis is 0CF4-514. If you accidentally chip or scratch them, and need to touch up the pair we just completed, let us know and we'll take care of them. Remember though that the chassis will have to be emptied before shooting them to avoid any overspray. Thanks everyone! -Casper & Cody stereorehab.com

Comment: I've been a loyal customer and have known Casper for many years. Casper is a true professional on every level. Casper installed my sound system at my bar, and now I have a great sound system, along with a projector and a big screen and has installed my stereo surround system through out my house, (and at my previous home). His expertise and knowledge are bar none. I highly recommend Casper to anyone looking to get any audio work done, including electrical. Casper is an expert, clean and meticulous.

Comment: Both times I've been there I've walked in and out with my Yamaha CA-810. That kind of immediate service is amazing. Casper explains everything in great detail as he's doing the work. My skill level and knowledge is certainly not anywhere near his, but I'm interested in and learning more about how these units work. He will answer any question you may have and give opinions on things based on facts, not voodoo.

Comment: Great website! The 4 pieces I shipped in for service have been working without any problems at all for months now. Finally, after having so many bad experiences with other repair places, they are all working like new, and I bought all of them new in 1975 so I should know. They look great now, too, with the detailing you did. The new glass on the McIntosh C-28 looks perfect. Fantastic work. A great referral from another one of your customers on audio karma got us in touch! AAA+++

Comment: Hi Casper, I just want to send you a note about how I appreciate the electronics service at Custom Audio Engineering/Stereo Rehab. My son and I have been into (and obsessed) with vintage audio for the past couple of years. We have been to 4 other so called expert electronic service shops and the experience has been the same. Their work was slow, sloppy, incomplete and expensive; two of the shops had elitists attitudes and made me feel they were doing me a favor working on my gear. The repairs at Custom Audio Engineering are awesome. Let me list some of the reasons: Such depth of knowledge and wealth of past experience; I believe you can repair anything. Enthusiasm; you love what you do and it shows.

Comment: You go far beyond the minimum of getting the item working; the pieces are totally disassemble, cleaned and refurbished are restored to factory specifications Fast, Fast, Fast. I have had several pieces repaired in less than a week. Other shops often take months to complete a half ass repair. Economical; fair prices; far better than other shops I have dealt with. Thank you Casper; we thank you for the multiple repairs you have completed for us in the past month and we look forward to working with your in the future. Sincerely, David Thomas

Comment: Casper is truly one of a kind. His knowledge is extensive. His work is beyond compare. He truly cares about the product and what it was designed to do. I took my AR SP 3 preamp to him that was in rough shape. When I picked it up I was amazed. It looks/sounds brand new. He even paired the tubes and put the best matched tubes in the most important locations for the best sound. Like I said he cares about the product. He will get all my vintage equipment from this point forward. And should get yours.

Comment: Regarding my Sony STR 7065 receiver serviced by Casper at Stereo Rehab: Just wanted to let you know that I'm loving my Sony because I cannot help it after having time to use and listen to it now. I didn't expect it to sound different than it did before bringing it to you. And I certainly never expected it to sound This good, or that it ever could physically do what I am hearing even. It's surprising. And I am grateful. I don't want to sound corny or delusional but, honestly, the quality that I'm hearing is pretty much breathtaking - literally. Whether I am listening to FM, Phono, or CD, I keep finding myself gasping then saying out loud: "My God, did you Hear that?! How cool is THAT!?!;" then Laughing. It makes perfect sense to me now why that unit cost 550 bucks back in 1973 -- because it was something good and of real quality --looks wise and function wise -- obviously. So now I Know, thanks to You... Thanks a whole huge bunch Casper. It's Beautiful. Larry.

Comment: After having my share of bad experiences with so called "Audio Techs," recently getting defrauded by Ken Bernacky, "Stereo Surgeon," for $400+ of alleged work never performed, Casper was a breath of fresh air. I was taken aback by how professional and expeditious Casper was in servicing four units I left with him. Literally in one week, out the next. Absolutely blew my mind. I was impressed beyond measure with his attention to detail and how he walked me through everything. Kudos to Casper!
